What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out is by 12:00 noon. We are happy to store your luggage before or after.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is served every morning in the dining room. Your confirmation shows whether it is included in your rate.
Is there parking?
The Victorian is a city house without on-site parking. We reserve space for you in a 24-hour lot about 150 m away. Please let us know when you book.
How far is the airport?
Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) is about 17 km away, usually 25 to 40 minutes by car. We can arrange a private transfer.
Can you book tours for us?
Yes. Our tour desk, in association with Del Valle Adventures, books day tours with pickup at the hotel. Write to tourdesk@thevictorianhotelcr.com.
